ORDER

          Execution was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The execution has been complied.  DH have received the final bill of Rs. 29,464/- and have made all payments as per bill received, as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the execution stands satisfied.

Sukhmal Chand Jain vs. M/s. Vishal Steel Product

 

ORDER

          Execution was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The execution has been complied.  Shri Neeraj Jain, Son of DH have settled the execution with JD.  As per order, JD affixed the almiraha in two parts and paid the compensation amount of Rs. 10,000/- in cash to the DH.  DH have paid the balance amount of Rs. 8,836/- to JD after affixing the almiraha in two parts, as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the execution stands satisfied.
