Complainant and Opposite Party filed compromise on 18.04.2017  which has been attested by this Forum on the same date.  Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP  has given a revised bill of Rs. 1304/- dated 20.03.2017 which was duly submitted by the complainant however it has been informed by Sh. Ved Prakash (Head Clerk) DJB , Rohini ZRO , North West –II that a further bill upto 17.04.2017 for zero amount is revised and the matter is mutually compromised in lieu of the same and no more dispute is left between the parties. Accordingly the case is  disposed of as settled.

 Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law. File be consigned to record room.
