The petitioner/complainant has filed this Revision Petition seeking compensation as well as the costs.  Another prayer made is that, during the pendency of the complaint before the District Forum, the District Forum at an interim stage had awarded costs, which had not been paid.

We agree with the view taken by the fora below that the petitioner was not entitled to the costs or compensation as he had failed to produce the order passed by the Civil Court.  For the recovery of the costs, which were imposed during the pendency of the complaint before the District Forum at an interim stage, the petitioner would be at liberty to file an Execution Application.

With these observations, Revision Petition is dismissed.
