Present Counsel for the complainant alongwith husband of the complainant and Sh. Suresh Chand Joshi, Counsel for OP-1 & OP-3 i.e. Delhi Jal Board. Counsel for the complainant filed an application for withdrawal of the case and submitted that OP has issued the revised bill and the complainant is fully satisfied and no other grievance is left. OP has no objection. Application filed by the Counsel for the complainant has been considered and is allowed.

In view of the settlement, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
