           Mr. Vinod Rai, ASO, DJB.

 

AR of OP states that they have already rectified the bill of the Complainant which shows as credit amount of Rs. 4,353/-. OP has handed over the bill with regard to the credit done by the OP. Complainant requested to withdraw the matter. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
