Heard Complainant and AR for OP. Perused file. On 09.12.2016 complainant and AR for OP has submitted that there is a possibility of settlement and complainant has filed an application dated 05.12.2016 before the OP for withdrawal of the case. Thereafter none has appeared on behalf of complainant since last dates of hearings i.e. 10.12.2016 & 01.02.2017 consecutively.
It appears that complainant is not interested in persuing his case. It will be abuse of process to proceed further in the absence of complainant. Hence complaint is dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above.
File be consigned to record room.
Announced on this 1st February, 2017.
