Present Counsel for the complainant alongwith complainant in person and Sh. Sanjay Kumar, ASO for OP and submitted that on the basis of rebate scheme offered by OP which has been accepted by the complainant, OP has revised the water bill demand and filed copy of a fresh bill dated 18.09.2019.  OP has revised the bill towards full & final settlement and has issued a fresh bill dated 18.09.2019 of Rs.80,363.53 as per rebate scheme and has given the rebate of Rs.2,17,260.56 on arrears and of Rs.2,92,579.31 on LPSC. OP shall be bound by the rebate scheme for future. The complainant has paid the amount of Rs.80,364/- to OP by means of cheque no.206310 dated 23.09.2019 drawn on Oriental bank of Commerce, Sec.-8, Rohini, Delhi in favour of OP and Counsel for the complainant has filed an application that no grievance is left.

In view of the settlement, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
