Heard Proxy Counsel on behalf of OP. Proxy Counsel on behalf of OP filed copy of bill dated 10.09.2018 & submitted that complainant already deposited the disputed amount & there is no outstanding dues. Perused file. It is true that none is appearing for the complainant since last dates of hearings i.e. 30.08.2018 & 04.09.2018 consecutively.

It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing his case. It will be abuse of process to proceed further in the absence of the complainant. Hence complaint is dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above. File be consigned to record room.
