Appellant has filed this Review Application seeking review of order dated 15.01.13 of this Commission by which the First Appeal No.280 of 2005 filed by the Appellant along with connected four appeals was dismissed by observing as under :-

“        In view of the reasons stated above, although in principle, we are deciding that the DDA is not liable to pay interest on re-allotment of land at the original rate but decline to interfere with the direction given by the State Commission to pay the lump-sum compensation of Rs.1,50,000/- in FA No. 280/05 and Rs.2,00,000/- in FA No. 298/05 as the DDA has been taking adhoc and inconsistent stand thereby causing a heart burning to the complainant Societies. The First Appeals are disposed of in the above manner.  No order as to costs. “

An order can be reviewed only if there is a mistake apparent on the face of the record.  We do not find any mistake apparent on the face of the record. No ground for review is made out.  Dismissed. 

Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the Appellant.
