Sh. V.P. Sharma has already made a complaint against this Forum in the Hon’ble National Commission which was sent by the Hon’ble State Commission to this Forum vide letter dated 06/09/2019. A detailed reply dated 10/12/2019 has already been sent to the Hon’ble State Commission for perusal

Under these circumstances, when complainant has already made allegations against this Forum, so we recuse to further deal with this case.

Let this file be placed before Hon’ble State Commission of Delhi on 09/01/2020 complete in all respect for its transfer to some other Forum for disposal.
