MA/228/2013 By this application, the complainants are seeking restoration of the complaint, which was dismissed on 08.04.2013 on account of non-appearance. It is submitted that absence of the complainants or their counsel on the relevant date of hearing was unintentional. The complainants were under the impression that they would be represented by their counsel but the counsel was not appeared because he was met with an accident while on the way to this Commission. In view of the above, the application is allowed and the complaint is restored to its original number. OP is yet to file reply. Reply, if any, be filed within four weeks. List on 29.11.2013.
