These are the applications moved by the counsel for the complainant seeking unconditional withdrawal of the complaints under instructions of the complainant. -2- In view of the proposed settlement, a letter dated 14.01.2011 received by the learned counsel for the complainant in that behalf has also been filed alongwith applications for withdrawal. Heard. The applications are allowed and the complaints are dismissed as withdrawn leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
