          By way of this revision petition prayer is made for recalling of order dated 02.04.2018 passed in Complaint Case No. 162/2018 by the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum (Central), Kashmere Gate, New Delhi by which OP No.2 i.e. petitioner herein has been proceeded ex-parte.

          After some arguments counsel for respondent No.1/complainant states that he has no objection if the prayer made in the present petition is allowed subject to payment of costs.

          Accordingly, with the consent of respondent No.1/complainant the prayer made in this petition is allowed and order dated 14.01.2019 by which petitioner/OP No.2 was proceed ex-parte is set aside subject to payment of costs of Rs.4,000/- to respondent No.1/complainant.

          It is stated that matter is listed before District Forum on 20.05.2019.

          Let the parties appear before the District Forum on 20.05.2019. On the said date petitioner/OP-2 shall file its written statement and shall also pay the cost of Rs.4,000/- to respondent No.2/complainant. Thereafter, District Forum shall proceed further in the matter in accordance with law.

           Copy of the order be sent to parties as well as to District Forum for necessary information.

          File be consigned to Record Room.
