The Adv for complainant is present & filed a memo stating that the claim of the complainant has been settled by the Op parties out side of the forum. Hence the complainant does not want to proceed further in this case. Hence case may be dropped. Further the complainant has also filed xerox copy of settlement memo which has been made between the parties.we perused memos filed by the complainant & through his Adv.The memo filed by the Adv for complainant is allowed & this case is dropped as withdrawn.
