                             Learned counsel for the appellant has made statement as under:-

Stated that the order dated 28.09.2017 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Kaithal has already been complied by Respondent No. 2 i.e. Motorola Excellence Centre, 145/2, Mehrauli Gurgaon Road, Sector-14, Gurugram. So I do not want to pursue this appeal at this stage and I may be permitted to withdraw the appeal.

 In view of the statement made by the counsel for the appellant, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
