Present:       None for the parties.

                    Case called several times since morning.  It is now 2.50 p.m. but none appeared on behalf of the parties.  From the last two hearings nobody is appearing on behalf of the parties.

                    This case was filed by the complainant on 23.08.2011 and the OP appeared on 19.10.2011.  The OP taken a period of about 2 years for filing the written statement and he filed written statement on 10.05.2013.  Thereafter on the basis of the pleadings of the OP the complainant moved an application for impleading party on 21.08.2014 and thereafter the case remain pending for reply to the application of the complainant and the counsel for the OP made no objection on the application on 12.01.2016 and thereafter the case was being adjourned time and again for filing of the amended complaint/title but the complainant has failed to comply with the said order despite several opportunities.

                    Now nobody is appearing on behalf of the parties in this case.  Considering the act and conducts of the parties no further adjournment is justified.  Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
