                                    Opposite party No. 3 ex-parte vide order dated 01.08.2022.

ORDER:  

                                    Today the case was fixed for filing evidence on behalf of

opposite party No.2.

                                    Cost of Rs.200/- received by the complainant form the opposite party No.2.

                                    Evidence on behalf of opposite party No.2 filed.  Copy given.  Shri Ankush Ganju, Branch Manager on behalf of opposite party No.2 has also made a statement today that he is ready to replace the unit within fifteen days from today.

                                    On the other hand, Shri Suresh Kumar , son of Shri Sadhu Ram, R/o Sector-82, Faridabad has made a statement that he is ready to give old unit back to the company and he will take the new unit form the company as a replacement free of costs.

                                    On the basis of the statement of the parties, the Commission is of the opinion that the complaint is  disposed off with the direction to the opposite party No.2 to replace the unit in question, subject to return the old unit within fifteen days from today.  There are no order as to costs.   Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
