Present:  Complainant in person.

                Shri Dheeraj Sachdeva, counsel for the OP No.4.

               

                File taken up on an application filed by the complainant on the ground that the matter has been compromised with the OPs and wants to withdraw the present complaint.

                Shri Dheeraj Sachdeva, filed power of attorney on behalf of OP No.4 and suffered his separate statement to the effect that the OP is ready to repair the mobile free of cost to the complainant within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the order.

                Complainant also suffered his separate statement to the effect that in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the OP No.4, he withdraws the present complaint being compromise.

                In view of the above statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both the parties will remain bound by their statements. Parties concerned be communicated the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
