                   Shri Sunil Nema, learned counsel for the appellants.

                   Shri Deepesh Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent.

                   Parties submit that in terms of the impugned order, the appellant insurance company has paid Rs.7,00,000/- to the respondent/complainant after deducting TDS.

                   In view of the aforesaid nothing survives in this appeal and is disposed of in terms of settlement arrived at between the parties as the respondent has received the amount from the appellant.

                    The amount deposited by the appellant for making this appeal competent be refunded to the appellant.

 

                                     -2-

                    In case, if it is found that the amount as aforesaid has not been paid yet, same be paid to the respondent/complainant by the appellant within one month from today.
