1. This complaint is filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2.       This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint, notice was issued to the opposite parties. Opposite parties 1 & 2 not filed version within time. Third opposite party filed version denying the allegations raised by the complainant. The matter was referred for settlement talk on 12/11/2022. The complainant was absent and hence the settlement talk could not materialize and the case was adjourned to 15/12/2022 for further mediation. Meanwhile the complainant filed a memo today before this Commission stating that she is not willing to further proceed with this complaint and also sought permission to withdraw the complaint. In view of the withdrawal memo filed by the complainant, this Commission suo moto advanced this case from 15/12/2022 to this day for accordingly the withdrawal memo filed by the complainant. The memo filed by the complainant is accepted and recorded. As the complainant has expressed her willingness to withdraw the complaint, permission is granted to withdraw the complaint. In the above circumstances, we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed as not pressed.

                 In the result, complaint is dismissed as not pressed. There will be no order as to costs.    

          A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
