In this case, order were reserved by the previous Bench on 16/04/2019. Thereafter complainant did not appear and orders were not announced by the previous Bench. After the new Bench took over the matter was again listed for arguments on 21/12/2021. Notice was directed to be issued to the complainant for appearance on 22/07/2022. We find from the record that the complainant was accordingly notified on the mobile phone for the next date of hearing on 22/07/202, complainant did not appear, same is the position today also. It seems that the complainant is not interested in contesting the matter. Hence, the matter is dismissed for non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
