The Complainant - Respondent appears in person.  The Appellant is represent by the Ld. Advocate.  In course of hearing of this appeal it was agreed between the parties to the effect that if the refrigerator in concerned is replaced by the Appellant - Company by a new one with the same model then the Complainant would not pursue the matter anu further.  In view of such agreement between the parties it has been submitted before this Commission today that the refrigerator in concerned has been replaced by the Appellant to the satisfaction of the Complainant - Respondent.  In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances the appeal shall stands disposed of with the observation that the order of the Forum below has been complied upon full satisfaction of the Complainant - Respondent.
