Appellant is present through Ld. Advocate.  The matter is called for hearing.  The Ld. Advocate for the Appellant is present and files the copy of the order dated 02.12.2011 passed in FA/177/2011 wherefrom it appears that the refrigerator in question has been replaced by the Company to the satisfaction of the Complainant.  Under such circumstances that appeal arising out of the same judgement and order, as submitted by the Ld. Advocate for the Appellant, has been disposed of with the observation that the order of the Learned Forum has been complied with on full satisfaction of the Complainant.

None appears for the Respondents It is submitted by the Ld. Advocate for the Appellant that the appeal bearing No. FA/177/2011 and the present appeal being No. FA/103/2011 were filed arising out of the same order.  Since the Refrigerator in question has been replaced by the Company to the satisfaction of the Complainant, this present appeal also stands disposed of with the observation that the order of the Learned Forum below was complied with upon full satisfaction of the Complainant.  The Ld. Advocate for the Appellant further submits that the execution proceeding has also been disposed of by the Learned Forum below.
