                           Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

                            He challenged the order dtd.04.08.2022 and dtd.26.10.2022. He submitted that  though there is good  amount outstanding against the OP but learned District Commission, without considering  the objection of OP  passed the order to release the vehicle.

                         Considered the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, perused the impugned order and other materials on record. We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order except the fact that the complainant, on  depositing Rs.1,00,000/- before the learned District Commission within 30 days, OP would release the vehicle. We passed this order keeping in view  the arrear of Rs.4,92,950/-  is outstanding against the complainant. It is further directed that learned District Commission would allow both the parties to adduce evidence after written version filed by the parties and dispose of the matter within 60 days from the date of receipt of  this order. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to produce the copy of the order  before the learned District Commission on 28.11.2022 to take further instruction.

                          The revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
