Order No. 18 Dated – 11.01.2022

            Ld. Advocate for the Dhrs is present. Dhrs file an application praying for drop the instant Execution Case on the ground that the Jdrs have already executed and registered Deed of Conveyance in their favour on 05.10.2021 after adjustment of compensation amount and litigation cost.

            Heard the Ld. Advocate for the Dhrs. Perused the prayer. Considered. It is true that in terms of final order dated 25.04.2021 passed in CC-552/2016, the Jdrs have already executed and registered a Deed of Conveyance in favour of the Dhrs and the amount of compensation and litigation cost have already been adjusted. So, the prayer of the Dhrs is allowed. Hence,

            That the Execution Case is disposed off on full satisfaction.

            Jdrs 2, 3 & 4 file an application praying for recall the WA against them on the ground that they have already complied the final order dated 25.04.2017 passed in CC-552/2016. It is true that the Jdrs have already complied the final order dated 25.04.2017. As such, the WA against them should be recalled. Accordingly, recall the WA against the Jdrs 2, 3 & 4.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the OC Ekbalpur PS for information and necessary action.

            Thus, EA being No. 91/2019 is disposed off.
