Complainant is present in person

O.P. No.1 Debasree Motors is present through its representative i.e. Manager Sri Swarnendu Biswas and compliance report in terms of the previous Order No.3, dated: 22-06-2022 has been submitted by swearing an affidavit.

The Complainant also files satisfaction voucher to the same effect.

In the previous order it was observed by this Commission that if satisfactory compliance report is received the Commission may dispense with further proceeding of the case. Both the parties have in the same tune submitted before the Court that the grievances ventilated in the written complaint regarding dis-service to the Bajaj Pulsor of  the Complainant bearing Registration No.WB88G1023 has been fully redressed and addressed by the statutory free service. Free service has already been exhausted and now it is open to the Complainant to avail of paid service if so required in future in terms of the owner’s manual. It is therefore of no use to proceed further with the case and both parties have agreed to drop the case with liberty given to the Complainant to take up any dispute in future with regard to the above referred bike with the O.P. No.1 for rendering best possible service according to the Company’s Owner’s Manual.

With this observation the Complaint case is disposed of.
