CC 146/2021 Settlement Order Order no.10 dt. 13/10/2022

This case record (cc/146/2021) is placed before the members of the District Commission for passing settlement order. The Report submitted by Ld. Mediator Surojit Gangapadhyay dt 13/10/2022 which is containing the signatures of both sides and their ld. Lawyers, has been placed before the members of the District Com On close examination of the said settlement report submitted by the mediator it appears that the Complainant agreed to bear all the expenditure in respect of execution and registration of the deed of sale in respect of the fact of the petitioners situated at “Menoka Apartment” and Op. No.1 who is the developer is also personally ready and willing to execute and register the sale deed within one month. As the Ld. Mediator has settled the dispute on the above noted ground, the President and Members of the District Commission has no other way but to approve the said settlement and the parties (Complainant and Op No.1) are given liberty to execute and register the deed of sale within one month. Failing which the Complainant is given liberty to execute this order as per law. Let the settlement report submitted by Ld. Mediator be made a part of this order.
