The record is put up by petition filed on behalf of the complainant.

It is reported by the Ld. Advocate of the complainant that Sangita Chakraborty is under direction to act as Pleader Commissioner for execution and registration of sale deed is now unwilling to act as such. With direction to the Ld. Advocate of the complainant to convey necessary intimation to Miss Sangita Chakraborty and Miss Naznin Begum is put under order, in place of Sangita Chakraborty to act as Pleader Commissioner. She will get a consolidated fees of Rs. 7,000/- from the complainant and will also get draft deed. Copy of agreement and other relevant documents from the Ld. Advocate of the complainant within 7 days hence. She will also perform her duty as per previous order and submit report with copy of IGR by 06.03.2023

Miss Sangita Chakrabroty is discharged from the liability cast upon her under order dated 09.01.2023. Order dated 09.01.2023 is thus stands modified.

The petition is registered as MA/22/2023. The MA is thus disposed off.
