Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant as to why this instant case shall not be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Ld. advocate for OP side is found present.  Initially this case was taken up for consideration at 11.45 a.m and thereafter it is again taken up for consideration at 12.20 p.m.

At that point of time the complainant is found absent.  On call nobody appears.  No show cause has been filed.  The conduct of the complainant is clearly reflecting that complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.  Under this position this District Commission has no other alternative but to dismiss this case for non-compliance of the order of this District Commission.

In the result, it is accordingly

That this complaint case being no.53/2022 be and the same is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this District Commission.

No order is passed as to cost.
