               Perused the petition filed by both parties. Heard the Ld. Lawyer for the Jdr. and also heard the petitioner/Dhr. in person. The dhr. submits that he has already received the amount of Rs. 16,001/- (Sixteen thousand and one) only for purchasing a new machine from the market and he prays for dispossal of this case on full satisfaction. Considered. We find that the Jdr. has already paid Rs.2000/-(Two thousand) only on 12/08/2015 as litigation cost as awarded.

              In view of the petition filed today by the Jdr. the case should be disposed off. Hence it is

               that this execution case is disposed of on full satisfaction. Let a copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost immediately.
