Revisionist through Mr. A.K.Sil and OP through Mr. P.K.Giri, Ld. Advocates, are present.  This Misc. Case arises out of the joint petition filed by the parties to the Revisional Application for recording the terms of settlement as arrived at between the parties.  The terms of settlement have been signed by both the parties, which are found to be lawful.  The Revisional Application is accordingly disposed of in terms of the settlement as arrived at between the parties.  In view of the settlement as arrived at between the parties the complaint case shall stand disposed of in terms thereof.  The aforesaid terms of settlement shall be the part of  disposal of the complaint case.
