The complainant is not present. No representation for the complainant. Opposite parties are represented. The Advocate Commissioner submits that the complainant did not turn up and hence the examination could not be completed. From the conduct of the complainant in keeping away from this Commission, it is evident that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter. The commissioner expressed the difficulty in completing the work on account of the non-co-operation of the complainant. In view of the above circumstances, since this is a case of 2012 matter, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
