Even on the second call, the counsel for the petitioner is not present. Dismissed for non-prosecution. Otherwise also we do not find any merit in this revision petition. Petitioner did not qualify for admission. Respondent did not admit the petitioner  in  the course  as he  did not  qualify  for the  same. State Commission has rightly held that there is no deficiency on the part of the respondents. Dismissed.                                                             After the order was dictated Mr. Pawan Kumar Ray, counsel for the petitioner has appeared and noted the contents of this order.
