Ms. Minal Baheti-Advocate for the Complainant is present. Heard the argument of Complainant on the point of admission. From the perusal of complaint and considering documents filed along with complaint, the Complainant prima facie not proved that there is deficiency in service and shows that complaint is tenable, maintainable as ‘consumer’ within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 against the opposite parties. Complaint is not admitted as the opposite parties appears to be Agents and therefore, the complaint is not tenable against them. However, the Complainant is at liberty to seek remedy at appropriate legal Court/Forum. Hence, we pass the following order.

FINAL ORDER

1. Consumer Complaint No.CC/525/2024 stands dismissed at the stage of admission itself.
2. No order as to costs.
3. Inform the complainant accordingly.
