Today is fixed for exparte hearing.

Complainant is absent without any steps.

It is now 12.45 p.m. on repeated calls neither Complainant nor anybody for the Complainant is found present to take step.

In view of the circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

Accordingly, we are inclined to dismiss this case for default.

Hence, it is

That the Consumer Complaint Case be and same is hereby dismissed for default but without cost.
