The Complainant is absent on repeated calls and no step has been taken on his behalf even the day.

The O.P files hazirah the Ld. Agent.

Today is fixed for filing show cause as to why the Complainant will not be dismissed for default but no show cause is filed by the Complainant.

The Ld. Agent on behalf of the O.P submits that as the Complainant has lost interest as to this proceeding, the complaint, in the prevailing situation, is deserved to be dismissed for default.

Having heard the Ld. Agent of the O.P and giving due regard to the conduct of the Complainant and also considering all the aspects, this Forum is of the view that the Complainant is liable to be dismissed without any cost.

Hence,

                Ordered,

                                That the complaint be and the same is dismissed and thus it is disposed of accordingly.
