ORDER

Perusal of the record shows that complainant was appeared lastly on 15.01.2020 wherein he was directed to appear before the board conducted by AIIMS. Infact order was also prepared in this regard vide dated 21.01.2020 but Thereafter he did not appear on several consecutive dates.  It seems that complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter. Hence, the case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
