Today matter is listed for settlement proceedings. However settlement is not possible.Therefore Complainant states that he wants to withdraw this case with liberty to file the same before appropriate Court or Commission as matter pertains to Commercial which does not come under ambit of this Commission. Request allowed. AE for OP undertakes that no action will be taken against Complainant within 60 days starts from today. Complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
