ORDER

                                    Satya Bhushan etc. Vs. DCB Bank                        CC-12/2024

Present:          Complainant in person alongwith Sh. Pawan Bansal, Advocate.

                        Sh. Sunil Siwan, Advocate for the OPs.

 

                   The complainant has made a statement in presence of his counsel viz. Sh. Pawan Bansal that without prejudice to any other right, he wants to withdraw the present complaint with permission of fresh filing. His statement duly countersigned by the  counsel of the complainant, in this regard has been recorded separately and placed in file.

                         In view of above statement of the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint, if any, before the competent authority as per law.

                        Original documents, if any, be returned to the complainant on retaining photo copies of the same on record. Certified copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record-room, after due compliance.
