2. DCB Bank Ltd. Corporate and Regd. Office 6^th Floor Tower A Penisula Business Park, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel Mumbai-400013 Maharastra through its Managing Director.

Present:  Smt. Babita Rani, counsel for the complainant.

               Sh. Vineet Rathore, counsel for the OPs.

               

                Today the case was fixed for reply and consideration on the application.

                At the stage, learned counsel for the complainant suffered her separate statement to the effect that matter has been compromised with the OPs. She does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraw the same.

                In view of statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
