              No evidence of the complainant is present, rather complainant with suffered separate statement to withdraw the present complaint on technical defects with the leave to file fresh complaint. In view of the statement of the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving the parties to bear their own costs of litigation. Complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint after removing technical/legal defects, if advised so. File be consigned to the records.
