                               Sh. Pawan Kumar, Authorized Representative for ops                              no.2 and 3.

                                      Sh. Pawan Kumar, authorized representative for ops no.2 and 3 has suffered a statement that they are ready to repair the Chimney of the complainant free of costs and if there will be need for replacement of its parts the same will also be replaced free of costs for which 20 days time may be given. Learned counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that they are agreed with the above said settlement and present complaint may be disposed of as per above said statement. In view of above statements, the ops no.2 and 3 will be bound by the above said statement of their authorized representative and the present complaint stands disposed of accordingly. File be consigned to the record room.
