                   Learned counsel for the OP-2 has made a statement that OP-2 is ready to replace the washing machine of the complainant against the same model or the model available of the same price subject to return of the old washing machine.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant has also made a statement that he is agreed with the statement made by learned counsel for OP-2 and in view of the statement, the present complaint may be disposed off accordingly.

                   In view of the statement of the parties, we direct the OP-2 to replace the washing machine of the complainant against the same model or the model available of the same price subject to return of old washing machine. The OP-2 shall make the compliance of the order within 30 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

                   File be consigned to the records after due compliance.
