Sh.Manoj Kumar, opposite party No.4 appeared in person and got recorded his statement that he is a reputed surveyor and loss assessor under Insurance Act and copy of his licence is ex.C-1 and that policy No.361201/42/12/8200000343 issued in the name of deceased Gurbachan Singh, H.No.1558, Nagar Nigam Ward No.36, Kala Ghanupur, Amritsar has been purchased from National Insurance Co.Pvt.Ltd.through Dauphin Touch Network Pvt.Ltd. In view of the above statement, Sh.Rajat Anand,Adv.counsel for the complainant has withdrawn the present complaint with liberty to file a fresh one with proper parties. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file a fresh one with proper parties. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
