Present complainant in person and Counsel for OP and filed compromise dated 11.02.2019 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP has given 3 Tablets plus 2 key Boards to the complainant as against full & final settlement and the complainant is satisfied and stated that no other grievance is left.

In view of settlement between the parties, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
