          Today Sh. Deepinder Singh Advocate ld. counsel for opposite parties No. 2 and 3 appeared and made the following statement

“Stated that opposite party No. 2 is ready to set right the product in question i.e. LED of the complainant to the satisfaction of the complainant, within 30 days and further extend the warranty of the said product as per company norms for three months thereof.”

          On the statement of Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that I have heard the statement of Ld. counsel for the opposite No.2 and accept the offer given by the opposite party No. 2 with the condition to reserve my right of filing the complaint, if any defect comes in the product in question within three months from the date of proper repair of product in question. In view of this, I do not want to pursue the present complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn.”

          In view of the above said statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties are directed to bound by their respective statements.  Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
