                   OPs No. 1 and 2 already exparte.

                   Sh. Kunal Juneja, Advocate for OP No. 3.

                   File taken up today on the application for withdrawal of case filed by the complainant’s counsel.

                   Ld. counsel for the OP No. 3 made a statement that the OP No. 3 is ready to repair the mobile phone of the complainant free of cost and besides this OP is also ready to extend the warranty of said phone for one year. The mobile set would be repaired within 20 days after depositing the mobile set with the service center.

                   On the other hand, ld. counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to decide the case accordingly.

                   In view of the statements made above, present complaint is hereby disposed of being compromised. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                    File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
