Dhr. is absent today.

Today is fixed for filing report.

            It appears from the case that the Jdr. has handed over ten cheques of different months to the Dhr. against the award amount and all the cheques have already been received by the Dhr. on the same date. It also appears that since then no report has been received from the Dhr. regarding dishonor of the said cheques by the bank. It also appears that the last cheque dated was 07/09/2023 and no report regarding dishonor of the cheque is received today. We find that all the cheques have been honored and encashed by the Dhr. for which he did not submit any report before this Commission. We also find that the entire decreetal amount has been disbursed to the Dhr. through ten cheques since 07/12/2022 till 07/09/2023 and there is no need to proceed this case further.

Hence, it is;

Ordered

that the instant case be and same is dropped and filed after full satisfaction.
