The opposite parties appeared through their Service Manager, Devi Prasad Biswal and Ranjan Dash, Technician and agreed to ex-change the defective battery with a new one along with warranty. Complainant is present and he also agreed with the proposal for ex-change the defective battery with a new one. Hence, the Service Manager advice to his Technical Person Sri Dash to ex-change the defective battery with a new one as well as it has exchanged with full satisfaction of the complainant in the Commissions yard. In this contest the complainant also filed a petition that he has not interested to proceed with this case.

In view of aforesaid observation, the complaint petition is disposed off accordingly as withdrawn.
