ORDER

Considering the facts of the case, we are inclined to reduce the compensation awarded from Rs. 2,50,000/- to Rs. 25,000/- and costs from Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 5000/-. Except for this modification, we find that there is no merit in Fa No. 29/13 and therefore we proceed to dismiss the same with costs of Rs. 5,000/- to be paid to the Complainant-society.
